With the Outpost Series, log wall panels are pre-assembled in our state of the art manufacturing facility. The panel construction incorporates one of the tightest fastening methods around, the Patented Heritage Thru-Bolt System. The self tightening, maintenance free, spring loaded thru-bolts connects the logs like no other system. An exclusive Log-Loc spline and jamb system is installed in openings to allow interfacing windows and doors to log walls and at the end of panels for structural stability and for the future connection of one panel to another. Assembly of these wall sections in a controlled environment provides for excellent quality standards and reduces construction cost. 

The Liberty Outpost Series is available in either of two log styles. The 6x8 “D” log combines the traditional round log profile on the exterior with a flat interior surface to provide a clean and finished appearance. The 6x8 Clap Board log maintains this same interior profile but provides a look similar to lap siding on the exterior allowing it to look right at home in any setting (even a subdivision). Both log styles incorporate a double tongue and groove joinery system adding both energy efficiency and structural stability.
